Therapy for adults & couples · In person and online

A calm place to work through what's hard.

Therapy can help you get unstuck and feel like yourself again. You don't have to do it alone.

What brings you here matters.

People come to therapy for many reasons. Here are some of the things I help with most.

Anxiety & stress

When worry runs the show, we find where it comes from and build steadier ground.

Depression

When everything feels heavy or flat, we work on what helps you feel like yourself again.

Couples & relationships

For partners who keep having the same fight — or who have stopped talking at all.

Life transitions

New chapters, endings, moves, and losses. Change is easier with someone in your corner.

Self-esteem & self-discovery

Getting to know how you work inside — and treating yourself with more kindness.

Food & body struggles

A gentle, judgment-free place to change your relationship with food and your body.

How it works

Starting therapy should feel simple, not stressful.

Step one

Book a free consultation

A short, no-pressure call. You share what's going on. We see if we're a good fit.

Step two

We make a plan that fits you

No one-size-fits-all program. We shape the work around your life, your goals, and your pace.

Step three

We do the work, together

Most people meet weekly, in person or online. Steady sessions, honest conversation, real change.

For couples

Every couple has patterns. Some bring you closer. Some keep you stuck in the same argument, year after year.

In couples work, we slow those patterns down so you can see them — and change them. I use proven, well-studied ways to help partners find each other again.

A different kind of therapist

I came to this work after a first career in nutrition and wellness coaching — and after doing my own hard, honest work in therapy.

My style is open, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I'm not here to label you. I'm here to understand you, and to help you understand yourself.

Common questions

What happens in a free consultation?

We talk for about 15 minutes. You tell me a little about what's going on, ask anything you like, and we decide together if working with me feels right. No pressure either way.

Do you see people in person or online?

Both. I meet with people in Mount Pleasant and online anywhere in South Carolina. Many people mix the two.

How often will we meet?

Most people start weekly. Some issues resolve in a handful of sessions; deeper work takes longer. We'll figure out the right rhythm for you.

What if I've never done therapy before?

Then you're in good company — many of my clients are first-timers. There's nothing to prepare. Come as you are, and I'll walk you through the rest.

Ready when you are.

The first step is a short, free conversation. If it's not the right fit, I'll help you find someone who is.
