Two ways to work together
I see adults — on their own, or as a couple. In person in Mount Pleasant, or online anywhere in South Carolina.

Individual therapy
One-on-one work for the things that weigh on you: anxiety, low mood, grief, stress, big changes, old wounds, or a relationship with food and your body that hurts.
You set the goals. I bring the training — approaches like IFS, EMDR, and CBT — and we shape the work around what fits you.
We go at your pace, and we check in often about how it's going.

Couples therapy
For partners who feel far apart. Maybe you keep having the same fight. Maybe you've gone quiet instead. Maybe trust took a hit, and you want to rebuild it.
In our sessions, both of you get heard. We slow down the pattern that keeps grabbing you both, and practice new ways to reach each other.
I draw on the Gottman Method and family-systems work — well-studied approaches for helping couples reconnect.
What I help with
Anxiety & stress
Worry, panic, overthinking, and the tension your body carries.
Depression
Heaviness, numbness, or losing interest in what you used to love.
Relationships
Conflict, distance, trust, and the patterns underneath them.
Food & body image
Disordered eating and making peace with food — I've walked this road myself.
Life transitions
Moves, career shifts, empty nests, new chapters, and endings.
Grief & loss
Space to carry what you've lost, at your own pace.
Self-esteem
Quieting the harsh inner voice and building real self-respect.
Self-discovery
Understanding how you work inside, and what you truly want.
Coping skills
Practical tools for hard days — ones that actually fit your life.
